Green Tea Coconut Overnight Protein Oats Recipes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded zucchini *OPTIONAL*
  • 1 scoop PrettyFit Vanilla Protein
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder
  • 1 scoop PrettyFit Greens
  • 3/4 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight. Re-stir to eat. Add more milk if mixture is too thick. Top with coconut if desired.

Peanut Butter Cup Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 3/4 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons peanuts
  • Optional: chopped SquareBar or peanut butter cups

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight. Re-stir to eat. Add more milk if mixture is too thick. Top with peanuts/toppings if desired.

Carrot Cake Overnight Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded zucchini *OPTIONAL *
  • 2 tablespoons finely shredded carrot
  • 1 scoop PrettyFit Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3/4 cups milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons raisins
  • Optional:3 heaped tablespoons granola

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and stir until well combined. Refrigerate overnight. Re-stir to eat. Add more milk if mixture is too thick. Top with granola if desired for great crunch/texture.
