Delicious, No-Cook Protein Chocolate Energy Balls

Want delicious high protein snacks to take to work this week? Try these delicious, no-cook protein chocolate energy balls.

These are seriously delicious and are perfect for a pre or post workout snack, or as a healthy snack at work.

Protein Chocolate Energy Balls
Pulse all of the ingredients above in your blender or food processor until a sticky dough like substance forms.

Scoop the mixture out of your blender and break pieces off to roll them into balls. I got 16 energy balls out of the ingredients above.

Roll in your favorite toppings. Some good ones are cocoa, coconut flakes, ground flax, and dark chocolate.

**Feel free to double the recipe to have more snacks on hand! These will last in the refrigerator for a week or a little longer.
