These are seriously delicious and are perfect for a pre or post workout snack, or as a healthy snack at work.
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 scoop of PrettyFit Greens
- 2 T cocoa
- 10 dates
- 1 T flax
- 1/2 scoop PrettyFit’s All-Natural Whey Protein
- 2 T chia seeds
Scoop the mixture out of your blender and break pieces off to roll them into balls. I got 16 energy balls out of the ingredients above.
Roll in your favorite toppings. Some good ones are cocoa, coconut flakes, ground flax, and dark chocolate.
**Feel free to double the recipe to have more snacks on hand! These will last in the refrigerator for a week or a little longer.
