Talk about a breakfast upgrade! This delicious, high protein french toast recipe is sure to please your muscles and taste buds.
Vanilla Cinnamon Cream Cheese Protein French Toast Recipe
- 1/4 cup of 2% Milk or alternative
- 1 Packet/Scoop PrettyFit All-Natural Vanilla Whey
- 46 g or 3 tablespoons liquid egg whites
- Dash of cinnamon & 4 drops liquid stevia (could use one packet of Splenda etc.)
- Mix up ingredients
- Drown two pieces of P28 Foods bread in mixture
- Cook on LOW until golden brown
Suggestion: I topped mine with Cinnamon PB, 1 tablespoon of Blueberry Cream Cheese, & Walden Farms calorie free pancake syrup. Yum!
