This product is made up of 75+ whole food sourced ingredients (most of which are from organic sources). Sounds like a lot right? Let’s break it down into categories to simplify:
- Superfood complex – Mostly fruit and veggie extracts + some other goodies like spirulina, chlorella, green tea extract etc.
- Herbs & Antioxidants – More good stuff including co-enzyme Q-10, Rhodiola rosea (one of our favorite all around ingredients).
- Digestive Enzyme & Super Mushroom Complex – includes bromelain to help you digest/get more out of all the ingredients in here + reishi and shiitake mushroom powder—both of which are used for a variety of health promoting benefits.
- Probiotics – contains 3.6 billion units of both Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum. Both can be helpful in promoting better digestion, immunity, and overall health.
- Vitamins & Minerals – Solid combination of vitamins and minerals with amounts that you’d see in many multivitamin supplements.

So to recap it is a hefty combination (12g per scoop!) of superfoods, fruit and veggie extracts, herbs and antioxidants, probiotics, and minerals and vitamins.

From our personal experience with the product, we noticed a significant improvement in energy and digestion after about 2 weeks of consistent use. This was actually the first time we felt a difference when using a greens product which adds to our belief that it is a fantastic product.

Most people will be fine simply mixing one tablespoon in 8-12 oz. of water or your favorite beverage and consuming at any point during the day.
We personally drank it in the morning before breakfast and found it provided a nice and refreshing way to start the day.
Now you might be wondering if all of this nutritional goodness tastes like rabbit food or if it is palatable. The truth is…
The taste is pretty good. Not great, but definitely not bad or intolerable like some other greens powders we’ve tried.
90% of the time we used it we simply mixed a tablespoon in water, gave it a few good stirs and drank. We didn’t plug our noses nor did we savor the taste like a milkshake.
Considering how many nutrients are packed in here, it is definitely tasty enough! And it mixes very well—no clumps even when just mixing with a spoon.
We were able to make it really tasty by mixing the following combo:

- 4-6 oz. Odwalla Green Machine
- 4-6 oz. water
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
