PrettyFit All-Natural Whey Protein Isolate
If you’re looking to use PrettyFit Whey in conjunction with a weight loss program, we recommend taking it in the morning with breakfast or as a breakfast replacement. Protein by nature is slow digesting so it will help control your cravings in the morning between breakfast and lunch. The same goes if you prefer to take it in the afternoon to control mid-day cravings.
If you’re looking to build lean muscle and increase your fat metabolism, we recommend taking one packet before or after your workouts.

On rest days, enjoy BCAA Burn as a refreshing beverage up to three times per day to help you recover faster for your next workout.

Mix 1 scoop of PrettyFit Pre with 8-12oz of water 15-45 minutes before your workout. To assess tolerance, begin by using 1/2 to 1 scoop of PrettyFit Pre your first 2-3 uses. After you’ve assessed your tolerance, you may increase the individual serving up to 2 scoops. Do not exceed 2 scoops in any individual serving or 4 scoops in a 24 hour period.
For maximum effectiveness, combine 1 scoop of PrettyFit Pre with 1 scoop of BCAA Burn 15-45 minutes before your workout. Consume an additional serving of BCAA Burn during your workout for optimal results.**
We recommend mixing 1 scoop of Greens in 6-10 oz. of cold water depending on your preference. The powder mixes easily and can simply be mixed with a spoon in a glass of water, but this isn’t the tastiest or most exciting way to get your Greens. Some of our favorite ways to take our Greens are:
Mixed into a smoothie/shake – Try mixing 4 oz. of almond milk, 4 oz. of water, 1 scoop of PrettyFit Greens, and 1 scoop of PrettyFit Natural Vanilla Protein Powder for a tasty treat!
Begin by taking 1 capsule to assess tolerance. Depending on desired effect, tolerance, and body type you may take a single serving of 2-3 capsules. Never exceed 3 capsules in 1 serving or 6 capsules in a 24-hour period. This product may be taken with or without food. We recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day while using this product.
Please note this product contains caffeine – 100mg per 2 capsules or roughly the amount of caffeine in a standard 8 oz. cup of coffee. Do NOT consume with any other caffeine containing products before testing your tolerance!
