3 Best Exercises For Sculpted Shoulders

1. Dumbbell Front Raises

3 sets of 15 reps

Lift dumbbells straight out in front of you to chest height.

2. Lateral Raises

3 sets of 15 reps

Lift dumbbells out to the side of your body to shoulder level. Keep a slight bend at your elbows and try not to swing your body.

3. Barbell Press

3 sets of 8 reps

Hold barbell at chest height and lift directly up above head, head should go partially in font of arms once the barbell reaches the top to complete the press.
