Working multiple muscle groups can be great for time efficiency, so try hitting back and biceps together for a great pump!
Exercise 1: Alternating Hammer Curls – 4×12
Exercise 2: Bent Over Dumbbell Rows – 4×10 of both- Parallel grip into wide horizontal grip (For the rows, you are alternating between two different grips. Do10 of each grip per set)
