The Best Back And Bicep Superset

Awesome back and bicep superset from PrettyFit athlete Faith Leatherman.

Working multiple muscle groups can be great for time efficiency, so try hitting back and biceps together for a great pump!

Exercise 1: Alternating Hammer Curls – 4×12

Exercise 2: Bent Over Dumbbell Rows – 4×10 of both- Parallel grip into wide horizontal grip (For the rows, you are alternating between two different grips. Do10 of each grip per set)
